The second most popular question that boudoir clients ask me (right after the "Do I have to give you permission to share my images") question is: "Can you photoshop my _____ ?". Fill in the blank with almost anything you can think of from old tattoos, C-section scars, cellulite, chipped fingernail polish (or press-on nails that popped off), hair color roots, etc."

The answer is a solid 'YES' to most requests! However, this session is too important to not take time to prepare and plan for certain unavoidable 'issues' that will need the touch of photoshop after your boudoir session. I am not talking about your skin type, a zit that pops up, an accidental bruise, c-section scars, etc. I am talking about the truly unavoidable issues like: eyebrow grooming, self-tanner that went wrong, old lingerie with holes in it, too big or too small lingerie, nail polish, etc.
While the answer is 'YES' we can take care of these things, this session is not necessarily inexpensive and we'd love for you to take as much time prepping for it as we do to prepare for you! Part of the fun and the experience of a boudoir session is to focus solely on yourself as the weeks and days go by before your session.
This means: make the hair appointment, book the nail appointment (or go natural!), take us up on our request to have a wardrobe consultation, and if your skin tone (or summer tanning) requires a spray tan then PLEASE get it done by a professional.
If you're concerned about looking TOO photoshopped, don't worry. I won't make you look plastic, I just even things out. I can take away stretch marks, scars, bra bulge, and tattoos. If you are concerned about wanting to look skinny, the way that I pose you is going to be your best friend. However if you're coming into the session wanting me to photoshop you into looking stick thin, you've got the wrong photographer.
My goal during your session is to help you fall in love (and maybe get a little turned on by) who you are, and I don't want you to expect me to do otherwise.

We offer complimentary consultations for anyone that is interested in learning about a boudoir session and all that it entails. These consultations are pressure-free and are a great way for you to determine if you vibe with us or if you need to continue your search for a boudoir photographer! If we aren't the fit for you, then we can offer plenty of recommendations for other boudoir photographers that would be excellent for you!
Consultations can take place at our Atlanta boudoir studio or you can book a virtual consultation via Zoom!
