Question: "I’m a celebrity/CIA Agent/lawyer/president of the United States/janitor/chef/maillady/mom….so I really want to make sure you don’t use my pictures…is that an option?"
Answer:
OF COURSE!! You have a choice of whether to have your photos used at all. Below are the examples from my contracts (see image below!) for sharing and ‘not’ sharing your images. We’ll talk through which photos I’d like to share and you can always tell me yes or no.
Additionally, I typically share photos that don't show a recognizable face or your face at all. If I DO use your face, I will always ask you first.
This is an example from my 'non sharing' contract.

This is an example from my 'sharing' contract, which states that non-reconizable images can be used by me on my website and other advertising platforms.
