Preparing for the weekend: Do this for yourself today!

It's FRIDAY! Get those endorphins flowing in preparation for the weekend! The one thing you can do for yourself today will only take seven minutes! The 7-minute workout ( is available on a computer or as an app (for $1.99). Everyone has 7 minutes during the day for doing something for yourself. If you don’t, maybe it’s a good time to look at your schedule and scale down before you explode into a frazzled mess. The workout includes sequences of 30 seconds of hard(ish) work (jumping jacks, high knee running) followed by 10 seconds of rest. Just try it ONCE, today! You aren’t going to see a 6-pack today (of ABS, anyway), but your brain will be flooded with endorphins. And endorphins make you happy...
